12saying, "1I WILL PROCLAIM YOUR NAME TO MY BRETHREN, IN THE MIDST OF THE CONGREGATION I WILL SING YOUR PRAISE."

And again, "2I WILL PUT MY TRUST IN HIM." And again, "3BEHOLD, I AND THE CHILDRENWHOMGOD HAS GIVEN ME."
14Therefore, since the childrenshare in a4flesh and blood, 5He Himselflikewisealsopartook of the same, that 6throughdeath He might renderpowerless7him who had the power of death, that is, the devil,

and might free those who through 8fear of death were subject to slaveryall their lives.

For assuredly He does not bgivehelp to angels, but He giveshelp to the cdescendant of Abraham.
17Therefore, He dhad9to be madelike His brethren in allthings, so that He might 10become a merciful and faithful11highpriest in 12things pertaining to God, to 13makepropitiation for the sins of the people.

For since He Himself was 14tempted in that which He has suffered, He is able to come to the aid of those who are tempted.
