181While He was sayingthesethings to them, aa synagogue bofficialcame and c2boweddownbefore Him, and said, "My daughter has justdied ; but come and lay Your hand on her, and she will live."
19Jesusgot up and began to follow him, and so did His disciples.
And a woman who had been suffering from a hemorrhage for twelveyears, came up behind Him and touched3the dfringe of His ecloak ;
for she was sayingfto herself, "If I only4touch His garment, I will ggetwell."
But Jesusturning and seeing her said, "Daughter, 5takecourage ; 6your faith has hmade you well."iAt once the woman was jmadewell.
When Jesuscame into the kofficial'shouse, and saw7the flute-players and the crowd in noisydisorder,
He said, "Leave ; for the girl8has not died, but is asleep." And they began laughing at Him.
But 9when the crowd had been sent out, He entered and 10took her by the hand, and the girllgot up.
2611Thisnewsspreadthroughoutall that land.
As Jesuswent on from there, twoblindmenfollowed Him, crying out, "Havemercy on us, 12Son of David !"
28When He entered the house, the blindmencame up to Him, and Jesussaid to them, "Do you believe that I amable to dothis ?" They said to Him, "Yes, Lord."
29Then He touched their eyes, saying, "mIt shall be done to you 13according to your faith."30
And their eyes were opened. And Jesus14sternlywarned them: "See that nooneknows about this!"31
But they went out and 15spread the news about Him throughoutall that land.
As they were going out, 16a mute, 17demon-possessedmannwas brought to Him.
After the demon was cast out, the mutemanspoke ; and the crowds were amazed, and were saying, "18Nothinglikethis has oever been seen in Israel."
But the Pharisees were saying, "He 19casts out the demons by the ruler of the demons."
35Jesus was goingthroughall the cities and villages, 20teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and healingeverykind of disease and everykind of sickness.
3621Seeing the ppeople, He feltcompassion for them, 22because they were qdistressed and rdispiritedlikesheepswithout a shepherd.
37Then He said to His disciples, "23The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.38"Thereforebeseech the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest."
