3 But when she could hide him no longer, she got him a wicker basket and covered it over with tar and pitch. Then she put the child into it and set it among the reeds by the bank of the Nile.
19 "But I know that the king of Egypt will not permit you to go, except under compulsion .
10 Then Moses said to the LORD , "Please, Lord , I have never been eloquent , neither recently nor in time past, nor since You have spoken to Your servant; for I am slow of speech and slow of tongue."
7 "You are no longer to give the people straw to make brick as previously; let them go and gather straw for themselves.
18 "So go now and work; for you will be given no straw, yet you must deliver the quota of bricks."
23 Then Pharaoh turned and went into his house with no concern even for this.
4 "But the LORD will make a distinction between the livestock of Israel and the livestock of Egypt, so that nothing will die of all that belongs to the sons of Israel.""'
21 but he who paid no regard to the word of the LORD left his servants and his livestock in the field.
26 Only in the land of Goshen, where the sons of Israel were, there was no hail.
28 "Make supplication to the LORD , for there has been enough of God's thunder and hail; and I will let you go, and you shall stay no longer." 29 Moses said to him, "As soon as I go out of the city, I will spread out my hands to the LORD ; the thunder will cease and there will be hail no longer, that you may know that the earth is the LORD'S.
33 So Moses went out of the city from Pharaoh, and spread out his hands to the LORD ; and the thunder and the hail ceased, and rain no longer poured on the earth.
5 'They shall cover the surface of the land, so that no one will be able to see the land. They will also eat the rest of what has escaped -what is left to you from the hail -and they will eat every tree which sprouts for you out of the field. 6 'Then your houses shall be filled and the houses of all your servants and the houses of all the Egyptians, something which neither your fathers nor your grandfathers have seen, from the day that they came upon the earth until this day.' " And he turned and went out from Pharaoh.
14 The locusts came up over all the land of Egypt and settled in all the territory of Egypt; they were very numerous. There had never been so many locusts, nor would there be so many again. 15 For they covered the surface of the whole land, so that the land was darkened; and they ate every plant of the land and all the fruit of the trees that the hail had left. Thus nothing green was left on tree or plant of the field through all the land of Egypt.
23 They did not see one another, nor did anyone rise from his place for three days, but all the sons of Israel had light in their dwellings.
29 Moses said, "You are right; I shall never see your face again!"
6 'Moreover, there shall be a great cry in all the land of Egypt, such as there has not been before and such as shall never be again.
13 'The blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you live; and when I see the blood I will pass over you, and no plague will befall you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt.
16 'On the first day you shall have a holy assembly, and another holy assembly on the seventh day; no work at all shall be done on them, except what must be eaten by every person, that alone may be prepared by you.
19 'Seven days there shall be no leaven found in your houses; for whoever eats what is leavened, that person shall be cut off from the congregation of Israel, whether he is an alien or a native of the land.
22 "You shall take a bunch of hyssop and dip it in the blood which is in the basin, and apply some of the blood that is in the basin to the lintel and the two doorposts; and none of you shall go outside the door of his house until morning.
39 They baked the dough which they had brought out of Egypt into cakes of unleavened bread. For it had not become leavened, since they were driven out of Egypt and could not delay, nor had they prepared any provisions for themselves.
43 The LORD said to Moses and Aaron, "This is the ordinance of the Passover: no foreigner is to eat of it;
46 "It is to be eaten in a single house; you are not to bring forth any of the flesh outside of the house, nor are you to break any bone of it.
48 "But if a stranger sojourns with you, and celebrates the Passover to the LORD , let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near to celebrate it; and he shall be like a native of the land. But no uncircumcised person may eat of it.
3 Moses said to the people, "Remember this day in which you went out from Egypt, from the house of slavery; for by a powerful hand the LORD brought you out from this place. And nothing leavened shall be eaten.
7 "Unleavened bread shall be eaten throughout the seven days; and nothing leavened shall be seen among you, nor shall any leaven be seen among you in all your borders.
22 He did not take away the pillar of cloud by day, nor the pillar of fire by night, from before the people.
13 But Moses said to the people, "Do not fear! Stand by and see the salvation of the LORD which He will accomplish for you today; for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you will never see them again forever .
22 Then Moses led Israel from the Red Sea, and they went out into the wilderness of Shur; and they went three days in the wilderness and found no water.
26 And He said, "If you will give earnest heed to the voice of the LORD your God, and do what is right in His sight, and give ear to His commandments, and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I, the LORD , am your healer."
18 When they measured it with an omer, he who had gathered much had no excess, and he who had gathered little had no lack; every man gathered as much as he should eat.
24 So they put it aside until morning, as Moses had ordered, and it did not become foul nor was there any worm in it.
26 "Six days you shall gather it, but on the seventh day, the sabbath, there will be none." 27 It came about on the seventh day that some of the people went out to gather, but they found none.
18 "You will surely wear out, both yourself and these people who are with you, for the task is too heavy for you; you cannot do it alone.
13 'No hand shall touch him, but he shall surely be stoned or shot through; whether beast or man, he shall not live.' When the ram's horn sounds a long blast, they shall come up to the mountain."
23 Moses said to the LORD , "The people cannot come up to Mount Sinai, for You warned us, saying, 'Set bounds about the mountain and consecrate it.' "
3 "You shall have no other gods before Me.
21 "If, however, he survives a day or two, no vengeance shall be taken; for he is his property. 22 "If men struggle with each other and strike a woman with child so that she gives birth prematurely, yet there is no injury, he shall surely be fined as the woman's husband may demand of him, and he shall pay as the judges decide.
8 "If the thief is not caught, then the owner of the house shall appear before the judges, to determine whether he laid his hands on his neighbor's property.
28 "You shall not curse God, nor curse a ruler of your people.
2 "You shall not follow the masses in doing evil, nor shall you testify in a dispute so as to turn aside after a multitude in order to pervert justice; 3 nor shall you be partial to a poor man in his dispute.
13 "Now concerning everything which I have said to you, be on your guard; and do not mention the name of other gods, nor let them be heard from your mouth.
15 "You shall observe the Feast of Unleavened Bread; for seven days you are to eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, at the appointed time in the month Abib, for in it you came out of Egypt. And none shall appear before Me empty-handed.
18 "You shall not offer the blood of My sacrifice with leavened bread; nor is the fat of My feast to remain overnight until morning.
24 "You shall not worship their gods, nor serve them, nor do according to their deeds; but you shall utterly overthrow them and break their sacred pillars in pieces.
26 "There shall be no one miscarrying or barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days.
32 "You shall make no covenant with them or with their gods.
2 "Moses alone, however, shall come near to the LORD , but they shall not come near, nor shall the people come up with him."
12 "When you take a census of the sons of Israel to number them, then each one of them shall give a ransom for himself to the LORD , when you number them, so that there will be no plague among them when you number them.
32 'It shall not be poured on anyone's body, nor shall you make any like it in the same proportions; it is holy, and it shall be holy to you.
4 When the people heard this sad word, they went into mourning, and none of them put on his ornaments.
20 But He said, "You cannot see My face, for no man can see Me and live!"
3 "No man is to come up with you, nor let any man be seen anywhere on the mountain; even the flocks and the herds may not graze in front of that mountain."
7 who keeps lovingkindness for thousands, who forgives iniquity, transgression and sin; yet He will by no means leave the guilty unpunished, visiting the iniquity of fathers on the children and on the grandchildren to the third and fourth generations."
10 Then God said, "Behold, I am going to make a covenant. Before all your people I will perform miracles which have not been produced in all the earth nor among any of the nations; and all the people among whom you live will see the working of the LORD , for it is a fearful thing that I am going to perform with you.
17 "You shall make for yourself no molten gods.
20 "You shall redeem with a lamb the first offspring from a donkey; and if you do not redeem it, then you shall break its neck. You shall redeem all the firstborn of your sons. None shall appear before Me empty-handed.
24 "For I will drive out nations before you and enlarge your borders, and no man shall covet your land when you go up three times a year to appear before the LORD your God. 25 "You shall not offer the blood of My sacrifice with leavened bread, nor is the sacrifice of the Feast of the Passover to be left over until morning.
