He who dwells in the 1shelter of the MostHigh Will abide in the 2shadow of the Almighty.

I will say to the LORD, "My 3refuge and my 4fortress, My God, in whom I 5trust !"

For it is He who delivers you from the 6snare of the trapper And from the deadly7pestilence.

He will 8cover you with His pinions, And 9under His wings you may seekrefuge ; His 10faithfulness is a 11shield and bulwark.

You 12will not be afraid of the 13terror by night, Or of the 14arrow that flies by day ;

Of the 15pestilence that astalks in darkness, Or of the 16destruction that layswaste at noon.

A thousand may fall at your side And tenthousand at your righthand, But 17it shall not approach you.

You will onlylook on with your eyes And 18see the recompense of the wicked.
9bFor you have made the LORD, 19my refuge, Even the MostHigh, 20your dwellingplace.
1021Noevil will befall you, Nor will any plaguecomenear your ctent.

For He will give22His angelscharge concerning you, To guard you in all your ways.

They will 23bear you up in their hands, That you do not strike your foot against a stone.

You will 24tread upon the lion and cobra, The younglion and the dserpent you will trampledown.

"25Because he has loved Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will 26set him securely on high, because he has 27known My name.

"He will 28call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in etrouble ; I will rescue him and 29honor him.

"With fa 30longlife I will satisfy him And g31let him see My salvation."
