1 ¹Give ear to my words, O LORD, Consider my ^a²groaning. 2 Heed ³the sound of my cry for help, ⁴my King and my God, For to You I pray. 3 In the morning, O LORD, ^bYou will hear my voice ; In the ⁵morning I will order my ^cprayer to You and eagerly ⁶watch. 4 For You are not a God ⁷who takes pleasure in wickedness ; ⁸No evil ^ddwells with You. 5 The ⁹boastful shall not ¹⁰stand before Your eyes ; You ¹¹hate all who do iniquity. 6 You ¹²destroy those who speak falsehood ; The LORD abhors ¹³the man of bloodshed and deceit.
