1 Crónicas 2:45-55

45 Maón fue hijo de Samai, y Maón padre de Bet-sur.

46 Y Efa, concubina de Caleb, le dio a luz a Harán, y a Mosa, y a Gazez. Y Harán engendró a Gazez.

47 Y los hijos de Jahdai: Regem, Jotam, Gesam, Pelet, Efa, y Saaf.

48 Maaca, concubina de Caleb, le dio a luz a Seber, y a Tirhana.

49 Y también le dio a luz a Saaf padre de Madmana, y a Seva padre de Macbena, y padre de Gibea. Y Acsa fue hija de Caleb.

50 Estos fueron los hijos de Caleb, hijo de Hur, primogénito de Efrata: Sobal, padre de Quiriat-jearim;

51 Salma, padre de Belén; Haref, padre de Bet-gader.

52 Y los hijos de Sobal padre de Quiriat-jearim, el cual era señor de la mitad de Hamenuhot.

53 Y las familias de Quiriat-jearim fueron los itritas, y los futitas, y los sumatitas, y los misraítas; de los cuales salieron los zoratitas, y los estaolitas.

54 Los hijos de Salma: Belén, y los netofatitas, los cuales son las coronas de la casa de Joab, y de la mitad de los manahetitas, los zoraítas.

55 Y las familias de los escribas, que moraban en Jabes, fueron los tirateos, simeateos, sucateos; los cuales son los ceneos que vinieron de Hamat, padre de la casa de Recab.

This chapter begins with the twelve sons of Israel or Jacob, 1Ch 2:1,2, then reckons the sons of Judah, the fourth son of Jacob, 1Ch 2:3,4, then the posterity of Pharez and Zerah, sons of Judah, 1Ch 2:5-8, next the sons of Hezron, a son of Pharez, 1Ch 2:9, particularly the posterity of Ram, a son of Hezron, from whom sprung Jesse and his family, 1Ch 2:10-17, then of Caleb: another son of Hezron, 1Ch 2:18-24, and next of Jerahmeel, the firstborn of Hezron, 1Ch 1:25-33 and particularly the posterity of Sheshan, a descendant of his, 1Ch 1:34-41 and then other sons of Caleb, with their posterity, are reckoned, 1Ch 1:42-54 and the chapter is closed with the families of the Scribes in Jabesh, the same with the Kenites, 1Ch 2:55.
