Números 18:26-32

26 Así hablarás á los Levitas, y les dirás: Cuando tomareis de los hijos de Israel los diezmos que os he dado de ellos por vuestra heredad, vosotros presentaréis de ellos en ofrenda mecida á Jehová el diezmo de los diezmos.

27 Y se os contará vuestra ofrenda como grano de la era, y como acopio del lagar.

28 Así ofreceréis también vosotros ofrenda á Jehová de todos vuestros diezmos que hubiereis recibido de los hijos de Israel; y daréis de ellos la ofrenda de Jehová á Aarón el sacerdote.

29 De todos vuestros dones ofreceréis toda ofrenda á Jehová; de todo lo mejor de ellos ofreceréis la porción que ha de ser consagrada.

30 Y les dirás: Cuando ofreciereis lo mejor de ellos, será contado á los Levitas por fruto de la era, y commo fruto del lagar.

31 Y lo comeréis en cualquier lugar, vosotros y vuestra familia: pues es vuestra remuneración por vuestro ministerio en el tabernáculo del testimonio.

32 Y cuando vosotros hubiereis ofrecido de ello lo mejor suyo, no llevaréis por ello pecado: y no habéis de contaminar las cosas santas de los hijos de Israel, y no moriréis.

INTRODUCTION TO NUMBERS 18

This chapter gives an account of the distinct work and service of the priests and Levites, Nu 18:1-7; and of several things given to the priests for their maintenance, Nu 18:8-19; and of the tithes the Levites should have to live upon, since they were to have no inheritance in the land of Israel, Nu 18:20-24; and of the tenth out of those tithes they were to give to the high priest, Nu 18:25-32.
