Mark 9:4

And there appeared unto them Elias with Moses
Or Moses and Elias, as all the Oriental versions read, as in Mt. 17:3, (See Gill on Matthew 17:3):

and they were talking with Jesus;
concerning his decease, and what he was to do and suffer at Jerusalem, and of which he himself had lately talked with his disciples; so that this might have been a confirmation of these things to them; (See Gill on Matthew 17:3).

2 Seis dias depois tomou Jesus consigo a Pedro, a Tiago, e a João, e os levou � parte sós, a um alto monte; e foi transfigurado diante deles;

3 as suas vestes tornaram-se resplandecentes, extremamente brancas, tais como nenhum lavandeiro sobre a terra as poderia branquear.

4 E apareceu-lhes Elias com Moisés, e falavam com Jesus.

5 Pedro, tomando a palavra, disse a Jesus: Mestre, bom é estarmos aqui; faça-mos, pois, três cabanas, uma para ti, outra para Moisés, e outra para Elias.

6 Pois não sabia o que havia de dizer, porque ficaram atemorizados.
