7 Cuando llegasteis a este lugar, Sehón, rey de Hesbón, y Og, rey de Basán, salieron a nuestro encuentro para pelear, pero los derrotamos;

Deuteronomy 29:7

And when ye came unto this place
The borders of Moab, the wilderness before it, to which joined the plains they were now in; see ( Numbers 21:13 Numbers 21:20 ) ( Deuteronomy 2:26 ) ;

Sihon king of Heshbon, and Og king of Bashan, came out against us unto
battle;
not together, but one after the other, and that very quickly; as soon almost as they had fought with the one, and conquered him, the other came out against them:

and we smote them;
killed them and their armies, and the inhabitants of their countries; the history of which see in ( Numbers 21:23-35 ) .

5 Yo os he conducido durante cuarenta años en el desierto; no se han gastado los vestidos sobre vosotros y no se ha gastado la sandalia en vuestro pie.
6 No habéis comido pan ni habéis bebido vino ni sidra, para que sepáis que yo soy el SEÑOR vuestro Dios.
7 Cuando llegasteis a este lugar, Sehón, rey de Hesbón, y Og, rey de Basán, salieron a nuestro encuentro para pelear, pero los derrotamos;
8 y tomamos su tierra y la dimos en herencia a los rubenitas, a los gaditas y a la media tribu de Manasés.
9 Guardad, pues, las palabras de este pacto y ponedlas en práctica, para que prosperéis en todo lo que hagáis.
