Ezekiel 22:6

Behold, the princes of Israel
Those that belonged to the royal family, or the nobles of the land, or the members of the grand sanhedrim of the nation: everyone were in thee to their power to shed blood;
everyone exerted himself to the uttermost, according to his ability, to shed blood, or cause it to be shed; everyone strove, as it were, who should shed most, to exceed each other in this abominable sin.

4 por la sangre que has derramado te has hecho culpable, y con los ídolos que has hecho te has contaminado. Has hecho acercar tu día y has llegado al término de tus años. Por tanto te he hecho oprobio de las naciones y objeto de burla de todas las tierras.
5 'Las que están cerca de ti y las que están lejos se burlarán de ti, ciudad de mala fama, llena de confusión.
6 'He aquĂ­, los prĂ­ncipes de Israel, cada uno segĂşn su poder, han estado en ti para derramar sangre.
7 'En ti despreciaron al padre y a la madre, en medio de ti trataron con violencia al extranjero y en ti oprimieron al huérfano y a la viuda.
8 'Has despreciado mis cosas sagradas y profanado mis dĂ­as de reposo.
