22 Your fathers went down to Egypt, 70 people in all,^[a] and now the Lord your God has made you as numerous as the stars of the sky.^[b]

Deuteronomy 10:22

Thy fathers went down into Egypt with seventy persons
That is, in all; for there were not seventy besides Jacob and the patriarchs his sons, but with them; see ( Genesis 46:26 Genesis 46:27 ) and now the Lord thy God hath made thee as the stars of heaven for multitude; as he promised they should be, ( Genesis 15:5 ) .

20 You are to fear the Lord your God and worship Him. Remain faithful to Him and take oaths in His name.

21 He is your praise and He is your God, who has done for you these great and awesome works your eyes have seen.
