2 安 置 軍 兵 在 猶 大 一 切 堅 固 城 裡 ， 又 安 置 防 兵 在 猶 大 地 和 他 父 亞 撒 所 得 以 法 蓮 的 城 邑 中 。

2 Chronicles 17:2

And he placed forces in all the fenced cities of Judah
A considerable number of soldiers, to defend them should they be attacked:

and set garrisons in the land of Judah:
on the frontiers and borders of it, to protect it:

and in the cities of Ephraim;
soldiers to keep garrison there:

which Asa his father had taken;
see ( 2 Chronicles 15:8 ) .

1 亞 撒 的 兒 子 約 沙 法 接 續 他 作 王 ， 奮 勇 自 強 ， 防 備 以 色 列 人 ，

2 安 置 軍 兵 在 猶 大 一 切 堅 固 城 裡 ， 又 安 置 防 兵 在 猶 大 地 和 他 父 亞 撒 所 得 以 法 蓮 的 城 邑 中 。

3 耶 和 華 與 約 沙 法 同 在 ； 因 為 他 行 他 祖 大 衛 初 行 的 道 ， 不 尋 求 巴 力 ，

4 只 尋 求 他 父 親 的 　 神 ， 遵 行 他 的 誡 命 ， 不 效 法 以 色 列 人 的 行 為 。

5 所 以 耶 和 華 堅 定 他 的 國 ， 猶 大 眾 人 給 他 進 貢 ； 約 沙 法 大 有 尊 榮 資 財 。
