47 百 夫 長 看 見 所 成 的 事 ， 就 歸 榮 耀 與 神 ， 說 ： 這 真 是 個 義 人 ！

Luke 23:47

Now when the centurion saw what was done
The eclipse of the sun, the darkness upon the land, the earthquake, the rocks rent, and Jesus expire in so uncommon a manner:

he glorified God;
by confessing that Christ was the Son of God, and declaring him an innocent person:

saying, certainly, this was a righteous man;
clear of the charges exhibited against him, and has suffered wrongfully; and this he concluded from those unusual appearances, and which he considered as tokens of divine resentment.

45 日 頭 變 黑 了 ； 殿 裡 的 幔 子 從 當 中 裂 為 兩 半 。

46 耶 穌 大 聲 喊 著 說 ： 父 阿 ！ 我 將 我 的 靈 魂 交 在 你 手 裡 。 說 了 這 話 ， 氣 就 斷 了 。

47 百 夫 長 看 見 所 成 的 事 ， 就 歸 榮 耀 與 神 ， 說 ： 這 真 是 個 義 人 ！

48 聚 集 觀 看 的 眾 人 見 了 這 所 成 的 事 都 捶 著 胸 回 去 了 。

49 還 有 一 切 與 耶 穌 熟 識 的 人 ， 和 從 加 利 利 跟 著 他 來 的 婦 女 們 ， 都 遠 遠 的 站 著 看 這 些 事 。
