6 彼 得 不 知 道 說 甚 麼 才 好 ， 因 為 他 們 甚 是 懼 怕 。

Mark 9:6

For he wist not what to say
He did not know what he should say, or what was proper to be said by him, at such a time, in such circumstances, and before such persons;

for they were sore afraid.
The Persic version reads, "he was": and so the Latin translation of the Syriac, though that itself is, "they were"; for all three were filled with consternation at what they saw and heard; so that they were scarcely themselves, and knew not well what they said or did.

4 忽 然 ， 有 以 利 亞 同 摩 西 向 他 們 顯 現 ， 並 且 和 耶 穌 說 話 。

5 彼 得 對 耶 穌 說 ： 拉 比 （ 就 是 夫 子 ） ， 我 們 在 這 裡 真 好 ！ 可 以 搭 三 座 棚 ， 一 座 為 你 ， 一 座 為 摩 西 ， 一 座 為 以 利 亞 。

6 彼 得 不 知 道 說 甚 麼 才 好 ， 因 為 他 們 甚 是 懼 怕 。

7 有 一 朵 雲 彩 來 遮 蓋 他 們 ； 也 有 聲 音 從 雲 彩 裡 出 來 ， 說 ： 這 是 我 的 愛 子 ， 你 們 要 聽 他 。

8 門 徒 忽 然 周 圍 一 看 ， 不 再 見 一 人 ， 只 見 耶 穌 同 他 們 在 那 裡 。
