25 耶 和 華 如 此 說 ： 若 是 我 立 白 日 黑 夜 的 約 不 能 存 住 ， 若 是 我 未 曾 安 排 天 地 的 定 例 ，

Jeremiah 33:25

Thus saith the Lord
In answer to the above calumny: if my covenant [be] not with day and night;
that is, if it should not stand; if it should be broken; or there should be no longer a succession of day and night: [and if] I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth;
concerning the course of the sun, moon, and stars, and the influence of the heavenly bodies; and concerning the fruits of the earth, the seasons of the year, seedtime and harvest, summer and winter; if these are not settled and fixed, and do not appear according to appointment and promise.

23 耶 和 華 的 話 臨 到 耶 利 米 說 ：

24 你 沒 有 揣 摩 這 百 姓 的 話 麼 ？ 他 們 說 ： 耶 和 華 所 揀 選 的 二 族 ， 他 已 經 棄 絕 了 。 他 們 這 樣 藐 視 我 的 百 姓 ， 以 為 不 再 成 國 。

25 耶 和 華 如 此 說 ： 若 是 我 立 白 日 黑 夜 的 約 不 能 存 住 ， 若 是 我 未 曾 安 排 天 地 的 定 例 ，

26 我 就 棄 絕 雅 各 的 後 裔 和 我 僕 人 大 衛 的 後 裔 ， 不 使 大 衛 的 後 裔 治 理 亞 伯 拉 罕 、 以 撒 、 雅 各 的 後 裔 ； 因 為 我 必 使 他 們 被 擄 的 人 歸 回 ， 也 必 憐 憫 他 們 。
