14 所 以 我 要 向 這 稱 我 為 名 下 、 你 們 所 倚 靠 的 殿 ， 與 我 所 賜 給 你 們 和 你 們 列 祖 的 地 施 行 ， 照 我 從 前 向 示 羅 所 行 的 一 樣 。

Jeremiah 7:14

Therefore will I do unto this house, which is called by my
name
The temple, as in ( Jeremiah 7:11 ) , for though it was called by his name, and his name was called upon in it, yet this could not secure it from desolation; for so the name of the Lord was set in the tabernacle at Shiloh, and yet he forsook it through the wickedness of the people: wherein ye trust;
they trusted in the sacrifices there offered up, and the service there performed; in the holiness of the place, and because it was the residence of the divine Majesty; wherefore they thought this would be a protection and defence of them; and this was trusting in lying words, as in ( Jeremiah 7:4 ) : and unto the place which I gave unto you and your fathers;
meaning either Jerusalem; and so the Syriac version renders it, "and to the city"; or the whole land of Judea, as in ( Jeremiah 7:7 ) : as I have done to Shiloh; (See Gill on Jeremiah 7:12).

12 你 們 且 往 示 羅 去 ， 就 是 我 先 前 立 為 我 名 的 居 所 ， 察 看 我 因 這 百 姓 以 色 列 的 罪 惡 向 那 地 所 行 的 如 何 。

13 耶 和 華 說 ： 現 在 因 你 們 行 了 這 一 切 的 事 ， 我 也 從 早 起 來 警 戒 你 們 ， 你 們 卻 不 聽 從 ； 呼 喚 你 們 ， 你 們 卻 不 答 應 。

14 所 以 我 要 向 這 稱 我 為 名 下 、 你 們 所 倚 靠 的 殿 ， 與 我 所 賜 給 你 們 和 你 們 列 祖 的 地 施 行 ， 照 我 從 前 向 示 羅 所 行 的 一 樣 。

15 我 必 將 你 們 從 我 眼 前 趕 出 ， 正 如 趕 出 你 們 的 眾 弟 兄 ， 就 是 以 法 蓮 的 一 切 後 裔 。

16 所 以 ， 你 不 要 為 這 百 姓 祈 禱 ； 不 要 為 他 們 呼 求 禱 告 ， 也 不 要 向 我 為 他 們 祈 求 ， 因 我 不 聽 允 你 。
