Isaiah 2:18

And the idols he shall utterly abolish.
] The images of saints worshipped by the Papists: after the destruction of antichrist, and when the spiritual reign of Christ takes place, there will be no idolatry or worshipping of images any more, see ( Zechariah 13:2 ) . The word (Mylyla) , used for "idols", signifies things that are not, for an idol is nothing in the world, ( 1 Corinthians 8:4 ) these the Lord "will cause to pass away", even all of them, they shall disappear.

17 驕 傲 的 必 屈 膝 ； 狂 妄 的 必 降 卑 。 在 那 日 ， 惟 獨 耶 和 華 被 尊 崇 ；

18 偶 像 必 全 然 廢 棄 。

19 耶 和 華 興 起 ， 使 地 大 震 動 的 時 候 ， 人 就 進 入 石 洞 ， 進 入 土 穴 ， 躲 避 耶 和 華 的 驚 嚇 和 他 威 嚴 的 榮 光 。

20 到 那 日 ， 人 必 將 為 拜 而 造 的 金 偶 像 、 銀 偶 像 拋 給 田 鼠 和 蝙 蝠 。
