13 我 必 使 你 唱 歌 的 聲 音 止 息 ， 人 也 不 再 聽 見 你 彈 琴 的 聲 音 。

Ezekiel 26:13

And I will cause the noise of thy songs to cease
As this city abounded with riches, so with carnal mirth and pleasure; it was a "joyous city", ( Isaiah 23:7 ) , the inhabitants lived merrily and jovially; were much given to music, which was very diverting and amusing to foreigners that traded with them; but now it would be all over with them; there would be no more songs, nor any to sing them: and the sound of thy harps shall be no more heard;
neither vocal nor instrumental music; and this will be one day the case of Rome, of which Tyre was a type, ( Revelation 18:22 ) .

11 他 的 馬 蹄 必 踐 踏 你 一 切 的 街 道 ， 他 必 用 刀 殺 戮 你 的 居 民 ； 你 堅 固 的 柱 子 （ 或 譯 ： 柱 像 ） 必 倒 在 地 上 。

12 人 必 以 你 的 財 寶 為 擄 物 ， 以 你 的 貨 財 為 掠 物 ， 破 壞 你 的 牆 垣 ， 拆 毀 你 華 美 的 房 屋 ， 將 你 的 石 頭 、 木 頭 、 塵 土 都 拋 在 水 中 。

13 我 必 使 你 唱 歌 的 聲 音 止 息 ， 人 也 不 再 聽 見 你 彈 琴 的 聲 音 。

14 我 必 使 你 成 為 淨 光 的 磐 石 ， 作 曬 網 的 地 方 ； 你 不 得 再 被 建 造 ， 因 為 這 是 主 耶 和 華 說 的 。

15 主 耶 和 華 對 推 羅 如 此 說 ： 在 你 中 間 行 殺 戮 ， 受 傷 之 人 唉 哼 的 時 候 ， 因 你 傾 倒 的 響 聲 ， 海 島 豈 不 都 震 動 麼 ﹖
