15 我 招 聚 這 些 人 在 流 入 亞 哈 瓦 的 河 邊 ， 我 們 在 那 裡 住 了 三 日 。 我 查 看 百 姓 和 祭 司 ， 見 沒 有 利 未 人 在 那 裡 ，

Ezra 8:15

And I gathered them together to the river that runneth to
Ahava
From whence also the river bore the same name; or that from the river, see ( Ezra 8:21 ) , and may be the same with Adiabene, a country in Assyria, which had its name from the river Adiava:

and there abode we in tents three days;
or pitched their camp; this was the place of their rendezvous:

and I viewed the people and the priests;
mustered them, took the number of them, and what tribe and families they were of:

and found there none of the sons of Levi;
excepting the priests.

13 屬 亞 多 尼 干 的 子 孫 ， 就 是 末 尾 的 ， 他 們 的 名 字 是 以 利 法 列 、 耶 利 、 示 瑪 雅 ， 同 著 他 們 有 男 丁 六 十 ；

14 屬 比 革 瓦 伊 的 子 孫 有 烏 太 和 撒 布 ， 同 著 他 們 有 男 丁 七 十 。

15 我 招 聚 這 些 人 在 流 入 亞 哈 瓦 的 河 邊 ， 我 們 在 那 裡 住 了 三 日 。 我 查 看 百 姓 和 祭 司 ， 見 沒 有 利 未 人 在 那 裡 ，

16 就 召 首 領 以 利 以 謝 、 亞 列 、 示 瑪 雅 、 以 利 拿 單 、 雅 立 、 以 利 拿 單 、 拿 單 、 撒 迦 利 亞 、 米 書 蘭 ， 又 召 教 習 約 雅 立 和 以 利 拿 單 。

17 我 打 發 他 們 往 迦 西 斐 雅 地 方 去 見 那 裡 的 首 領 易 多 ， 又 告 訴 他 們 當 向 易 多 和 他 的 弟 兄 尼 提 寧 說 甚 麼 話 叫 他 們 為 我 們 　 神 的 殿 帶 使 用 的 人 來 。
