17 Yàbǐyǎ hé tāde jūn bīng dàdà shā lù Yǐsèliè rén , Yǐsèliè rén pú dǎo sǐwáng de jīng bīng yǒu wǔ shí wàn .

And Abijah and his people slew them with a great slaughter,
&c.] As they fled, pursuing them:

so there fell down slain of Israel five hundred thousand chosen men;
such a slaughter as is not to be met with in any history, as Josephus

18 Nàshí , Yǐsèliè rén beì zhìfú le , Yóudà rén déshèng , shì yīn yǐkào Yēhéhuá tāmen lièzǔ de shén .

19 Yàbǐyǎ zhuīgǎn Yéluóbōān , gōng qǔ le tāde jǐ zuò chéng , jiù shì Bótèlì hé shǔ Bótèlì de zhèn shì , yé shā ná hé shǔ yé shā ná de zhèn shì , Yǐfǎ là yīn ( huò zuò Yǐfú lún ) hé shǔ Yǐfǎ là yīn de zhèn shì .
