8 Xiànzaì búyào xiàng nǐmen lièzǔ yìng zhe jǐngxiàng , zhǐyào guī shùn Yēhéhuá , jìnrù tāde shèng suǒ , jiù shì yǒngyuǎn chéng shèng de jū suǒ . yòu yào shìfèng Yēhéhuá nǐmen de shén , hǎo shǐ tāde liè nù zhuǎn lí nǐmen .

2 Chronicles 30:8

Now be ye not stiffnecked, as your fathers were,
&c.] Obstinate and refractory, like heifers unaccustomed to the yoke, which draw back from it, and will not submit to it:

but yield yourselves unto the Lord;
be subject unto him, or "give the hand" ^F17 to him, as a token of subjection and homage, or of entering into covenant with him, promising for the future to serve and obey him:

and enter into his sanctuary, which he hath sanctified for ever;
set apart for worship and service, until the Messiah should come:

and serve the Lord your God;
there, in the temple, according to his prescribed will:

that the fierceness of his wrath may turn away from you;
which had already broke out, in suffering the Assyrians to invade their land, and distress them.

7 Nǐmen búyào xiàofǎ nǐmen lièzǔ hé nǐmen de dìxiōng . tāmen gānfàn Yēhéhuá tāmen lièzǔ de shén , yǐzhì Yēhéhuá diūqì tāmen , shǐ tāmen baì wáng ( huò zuò líng rén jīnghaì ) , zhēng rú nǐmen suǒ jiàn de .

8 Xiànzaì búyào xiàng nǐmen lièzǔ yìng zhe jǐngxiàng , zhǐyào guī shùn Yēhéhuá , jìnrù tāde shèng suǒ , jiù shì yǒngyuǎn chéng shèng de jū suǒ . yòu yào shìfèng Yēhéhuá nǐmen de shén , hǎo shǐ tāde liè nù zhuǎn lí nǐmen .

9 Nǐmen ruò zhuǎn xiàng Yēhéhuá , nǐmen de dìxiōng hé érnǚ bì zaì lǔlǜe tāmende rén miànqián méng liánxù , déyǐ guī huí zhè dì , yīnwei Yēhéhuá nǐmen de shén yǒu ēndiǎn , shī liánmǐn . nǐmen ruò zhuǎn xiàng tā , tā bì bù zhuǎn liǎn bù gù nǐmen .

10 Yì zú jiù yóu zhè chéng paó dào nà chéng , chuán biàn le Yǐfǎlián , Mǎnáxī , zhídào Xībùlún . nàli de rén què xì xiào tāmen , jīqiào tāmen .
