16 Bìngqiĕ wǒ héngxīn xiūzào chéngqiáng , bìng méiyǒu zhì mǎi tiándì . wǒde púrén yĕ dōu jùjí zaì nàli zuò gōng .

Nehemiah 5:16

Yea, also I continued in the work of this wall
Of building the wall of Jerusalem; here he gave his constant attendance to direct and encourage the workmen, and see that they kept to their work, and did it well:

neither bought we any land;
neither he nor the principal men with him, though they could have bought it cheap, but they chose not to take the advantage of the poverty of the people:

and all my servants were gathered thither unto the work:
all were employed in it, taking no wages for their work, being maintained at his expense.

14 Zì cóng wǒ fèng paì zuò Yóudà dì de shĕng zhǎng , jiù shì cóng Yàdáxuēxī wáng ĕr shí nián , zhídào sān shí èr nián , gōng shí èr nián zhī jiǔ , wǒ yǔ wǒ dìxiōng dōu méiyǒu chī shĕngzhǎng de fèng lù .

15 Zaì wǒ yǐqián de shĕng zhǎng jiā zhòng bǎixìng de dànzi , mĕi rì suǒ yào liángshi hé jiǔ , bìng yínzi sì shí Shĕkèlè , jiù shì tāmende púrén yĕ xiá zhì bǎixìng . dàn wǒ yīn jìngwèi shén bù zhèyàng xíng .

16 Bìngqiĕ wǒ héngxīn xiūzào chéngqiáng , bìng méiyǒu zhì mǎi tiándì . wǒde púrén yĕ dōu jùjí zaì nàli zuò gōng .

17 Chúle cóng sìwéi waì bāng zhōng lái de Yóudà rén yǐwaì , yǒu Yóudà píng mín hé guān zhǎng yī bǎi wǔ shí rén zaì wǒ xí shang chī fàn .

18 Mĕi rì yùbeì yī zhǐ gōngniú , liù zhǐ féi yáng , yòu yùbeì xiē fēi qín . mĕi shí rì yī cì , duō yùbeì gèyàng de jiǔ . suīrán rúcǐ , wǒ bìng búyào shĕng zhǎng de fèng lù , yīnwei bǎixìng fù yì shén zhòng .
