Shēnméngjì 28:14 Meaning and Commentary

Deuteronomy 28:14

And thou shall not go aside from any of the words which I
command thee this day
Depart from them as a rule to walk by, turn out from them as a path to walk in, neglect and disobey them, and go into practices contrary to them: turning [to] the right hand or to the left, to go after other gods to serve
them;
which to do was to break the first and principal table of the law, than which nothing was more abominable and provoking to God.

12 Yēhéhuá bì wéi nǐ kāi tiān shàng de fǔ kù , ànshí jiàng yǔ zaì nǐde dì shàng . zaì nǐ shǒu lǐ suǒ bàn de yīqiè shì shàng cì fú yǔ nǐ . nǐ bì jiè gĕi xǔduō guó mín , què bú zhì xiàng tāmen jiè daì .

13 Nǐ ruò tīng cóng Yēhéhuá nǐ shén de jièmìng , jiù shì wǒ jīnrì suǒ fēnfu nǐde , jǐn shǒu zūnxíng , bú piān zuǒyòu , yĕ bú suícóng shìfèng bié shén , Yēhéhuá jiù bì shǐ nǐ zuò shǒu bú zuò wĕi , dàn jū shàng bú jū xià .

15 Nǐ ruò bú tīng cóng Yēhéhuá nǐ shén de huà , bú jǐn shǒu zūnxíng tāde yīqiè jièmìng lǜ lì , jiù shì wǒ jīnrì suǒ fēnfu nǐde , zhè yǐxià de zhòuzǔ dōu bì zhuīsuí nǐ , líndào nǐ shēnshang ,

16 Nǐ zaì chéng lǐ bì shòu zhòuzǔ , zaì tiánjiān yĕ bì shòu zhòuzǔ .
