1 Chronicles 15:1

And David made him houses in the city of David
With the help of the masons and carpenters Hiram sent him, ( 1 Chronicles 14:1 ) , the royal palace is meant, with all the apartments in it, which were many and large, as so great a family he had required, and with all the out houses to it necessary for his servants, and their offices:

and prepared a place for the ark of God, and pitched for it a tent;
see ( 2 Samuel 6:17 ) .

1 大 卫 在 大 卫 城 为 自 己 建 造 宫 殿 ， 又 为 　 神 的 约 柜 预 备 地 方 ， 支 搭 帐 幕 。

2 那 时 大 卫 说 ： 除 了 利 未 人 之 外 ， 无 人 可 抬 　 神 的 约 柜 ； 因 为 耶 和 华 拣 选 他 们 抬 　 神 的 约 柜 ， 且 永 远 事 奉 他 。

3 大 卫 招 聚 以 色 列 众 人 众 人 到 耶 路 撒 冷 ， 要 将 耶 和 华 的 约 柜 抬 到 他 所 预 备 的 地 方 。

4 大 卫 又 聚 集 亚 伦 的 子 孙 和 利 未 人 。

5 哥 辖 子 孙 中 有 族 长 乌 列 和 他 的 弟 兄 一 百 二 十 人 。
