Acts 5:2

And kept back part of the price
At which the possession was sold; he reserved it for his own use, after he had given out that he sold it for the service of the church:

his wife also being privy to it;
to this private reserve:

and brought a certain part;
whether the greater part, or an equal part, half of it, or a lesser part; some little part of it, so the phrase seems to signify, is not certain:

and laid it at the apostles' feet;
as the rest did, thereby to make a show of charity, and cover the deceit.

1 有 一 个 人 ， 名 叫 亚 拿 尼 亚 ， 同 他 的 妻 子 撒 非 喇 卖 了 田 产 ，

2 把 价 银 私 自 留 下 几 分 ， 他 的 妻 子 也 知 道 ， 其 馀 的 几 分 拿 来 放 在 使 徒 脚 前 。

3 彼 得 说 ： 亚 拿 尼 亚 ！ 为 甚 麽 撒 但 充 满 了 你 的 心 ， 叫 你 欺 哄 圣 灵 ， 把 田 地 的 价 银 私 自 留 下 几 分 呢 ？

4 田 地 还 没 有 卖 ， 不 是 你 自 己 的 麽 ？ 既 卖 了 ， 价 银 不 是 你 作 主 麽 ？ 你 怎 麽 心 里 起 这 意 念 呢 ？ 你 不 是 欺 哄 人 ， 是 欺 哄 神 了 。

5 亚 拿 尼 亚 听 见 这 话 ， 就 仆 倒 ， 断 了 气 ； 听 见 的 人 都 甚 惧 怕r 。
