15 E, dopo que’ giorni, ci mettemmo in ordine, e salimmo in Gerusalemme.

Acts 21:15

And after those days we took up our carriages
Or prepared themselves, both for their journey, and for whatever trials and exercises they were to meet with; they took up their bundles, which hitherto were brought by sea, and now put them upon beasts, going by land from Caesarea:

and went up to Jerusalem;
which stood on higher ground, and was, as Josephus F14 says, six hundred furlongs, or seventy five miles distant.

13 Ma Paolo rispose: Che fate voi, piangendo, e macerandomi il cuore? poichè io sia tutto pronto, non solo ad esser legato, ma eziandio a morire in Gerusalemme, per lo nome del Signor Gesù.
14 E, non potendo egli esser persuaso, noi ci acquetammo, dicendo: La volontà del Signore sia fatta.
15 E, dopo que’ giorni, ci mettemmo in ordine, e salimmo in Gerusalemme.
16 E con noi vennero eziandio alcuni de’ discepoli di Cesarea, menando con loro un certo Mnason Cipriota, antico discepolo, presso il quale dovevamo albergare.
17 Ora, come fummo giunti in Gerusalemme, i fratelli ci accolsero lietamente.
