15 Ed essi si ridussero là, e vennero alla casa del giovane Levita, nella casa di Mica, e gli domandarono del suo bene stare.

Judges 18:15

And they turned thitherward
It seems as if the house lay a little out of their way, and therefore they turned on one hand to go unto it:

and came to the house of the young man the Levite, even unto the house
of Micah;
for the young man's house was only an apartment of Micah's, and lay very probably next to that in which the images, and oracle were; and they made up to the young man's apartment, rather than to Micah's, because the above things were under his care:

and saluted him;
asked him of his welfare in a kind and obliging manner, the rather to ingratiate themselves unto him.

13 E di là passarono al monte di Efraim, e giunsero alla casa di Mica.

14 Allora, i cinque uomini ch’erano andati a spiare il paese di Lais, fecero motto a’ lor fratelli, e dissero loro: Sapete voi che in queste case vi è un Efod, e delle immagini, e una scultura, e una statua di getto? Ora dunque, considerate ciò che avete a fare.

16 Or i seicent’uomini de’ figliuoli di Dan armati si fermarono all’entrata della porta.

17 Ma que’ cinque uomini, ch’erano andati per ispiar il paese, salirono, ed entrarono là entro, e presero la scultura, e l’Efod, e le immagini, e la statua di getto, mentre il sacerdote era arrestato all’entrata della porta, co’ seicent’uomini armati.
