Psalms 98:7

Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof
(See Gill on Psalms 96:11),

the world, and they that dwell therein;
men, the inhabitants of the world; that is, let them rejoice because this glorious King has taken to himself his great power, and reigns, ( Revelation 11:15-17 ) .

6 Date voci d’allegrezza con trombe, e suon di corno, Nel cospetto del Re, del Signore.

7 Rimbombi il mare, e ciò che è in esso; Il mondo, e i suoi abitanti.

8 Battansi i fiumi a palme; Cantino d’allegrezza tutti i monti.

9 Nel cospetto del Signore; perciocchè egli viene per giudicar la terra; Egli giudicherà il mondo in giustizia, E i popoli in dirittura.
