When Sha'ul had come to Yerushalayim, he tried to join himself to the talmidim. They were all afraid of him, not believing that he was a talmid.

But Bar-Nabba took him, and brought him to the apostles, and declared to them how he had seen the Lord in the way, and that he had spoken to him, and how at Dammesek he had preached boldly in the name of Yeshua.

He was with them going in and going out at Yerushalayim,

preaching boldly in the name of the Lord. He spoke and disputed against the Yevanian Yehudim, but they were seeking to kill him.

When the brothers knew it, they brought him down to Caesarea, and sent him out to Tarsus.
