9 If it be a animal, whereof men offer an offering to the LORD, all that any man gives of such to the LORD shall be holy.

Leviticus 27:9

And if [it be] a beast whereof men bring an offering to the
Lord
That is, it such a creature is devoted, which is of that kind which are used in sacrifice to the Lord, such as bullocks, sheep, goats, rams, and lambs:

all that [any man] giveth of such unto the Lord shall be holy;
shall be set apart to sacred uses, and not applied to profane or common uses, but either were for the use of the altar or of the priests; or the price of them for the repair of the sanctuary, according as they were devoted.

Leviticus 27:9 In-Context

7 If it be from sixty years old and upward; if it be a male, then your estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
8 But if he be poorer than your estimation, then he shall be set before the Kohen, and the Kohen shall value him; according to the ability of him who vowed shall the Kohen value him.
9 If it be a animal, whereof men offer an offering to the LORD, all that any man gives of such to the LORD shall be holy.
10 He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change animal for animal, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy.
11 If it be any unclean animal, of which they do not offer an offering to the LORD, then he shall set the animal before the Kohen;
