2 Kings 5:16

But he said, as the Lord liveth, before whom I stand
Whose minister and prophet he was, and by whom he swears:

I will receive none:
to let him know that this cure was not to be attributed to him, but the Lord only; and that what concern he had in it was not for the sake of money, but for the glory of the God of Israel:

and he urged him to take it, but he refused it;
Naaman was very pressing upon him to receive a gift from him, but he could not be prevailed upon to accept it.

14 El entonces descendió, y se lavó siete veces en el Jordán, conforme a la palabra del varón de Dios; y su carne se volvió como la carne de un niño, y fue limpio

15 Y volvió al varón de Dios, él y toda su compañía, y se puso delante de él, y dijo: He aquí ahora conozco que no hay Dios en toda la tierra, sino en Israel. Te ruego que recibas alguna bendición de tu siervo

16 Mas él dijo: Vive el SEÑOR, delante del cual estoy, que no lo tomaré. E importunándole a que tomara, él nunca quiso

17 Entonces Naamán dijo: Te ruego, pues, ¿no se dará a tu siervo la carga de un par de mulas de esta tierra? Porque de aquí en adelante tu siervo no sacrificará holocausto ni sacrificio a otros dioses, sino al SEÑOR

18 En esto perdone el SEÑOR a tu siervo: que cuando mi señor entrare en el templo de Rimón, y para adorar en él se apoyare sobre mi mano, si yo también me inclinare en el templo de Rimón, que el SEÑOR perdone en esto a tu siervo, si en el templo de Rimón me inclino
