Leviticus 8:5

And Moses said unto the congregation
Having convened them, he opened to them the reason of their being called together, which was not done of himself, but by divine direction: this [is] the thing which the Lord commanded to be done;
namely, what follows, concerning the consecration of Aaron and his sons to be priests, and the investiture of them with that office, attended with various rites and ceremonies to be performed, of which they were to be witnesses.

3 and summon all of the community to the entrance to the tent of assembly."
4 So Moses did [just] as Yahweh commanded him, and the community gathered by the entrance to the tent of assembly.
5 Then Moses said to the community, "This [is] the word that Yahweh has commanded to be done."
6 So Moses brought Aaron and his sons near, and he washed them with water.
7 Then he put the tunic on him and tied the sash [around] him; then he clothed him with the robe and put the ephod on him; then he tied the ephod's waistband [around] him and fastened [the ephod] to him with it.
