8 You will present a burnt offering for Yahweh, a fragrance of appeasement: one bull, one ram, seven male lambs {in their first year}; they will be without defect.

Numbers 29:8

But ye shall offer a burnt offering unto the Lord
Which is the same as ordered to be offered on the first day, ( Numbers 29:2 ) . Aben Ezra is of opinion that the ram here is different from those in ( Leviticus 16:3 Leviticus 16:5 Leviticus 16:24 ) .

9 And their grain offering [will be of] finely milled flour mixed with oil: three-tenths for the bull, two-tenths for the one ram,
10 one-tenth for each of the seven male lambs;
