14 Il éloigna de la face de la maison l'autel d'airain qui était devant l'Eternel, afin qu'il ne fût pas entre le nouvel autel et la maison de l'Eternel; et il le plaça à côté du nouvel autel, vers le nord.

2 Kings 16:14

And he brought also the brasen altar which was before the
Lord
That which Solomon made, ( 2 Chronicles 4:1 ) , which stood in the court by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the Lord, ( Leviticus 1:5 ) from the forefront of the house; the frontispiece of the temple, which was at the eastern gate of it:

from between the altar and the house of the Lord
for it seems Urijah had placed the new altar behind the old one, more out of sight; the brasen altar standing between that and the eastern gate, or entrance into the temple; wherefore he removed the brasen altar, and put his new one in the room of it:

and put it;
that is, the brasen altar of Solomon:

on the north side of the altar;
of the new altar, at the right hand as they went into the temple; where it was as in a corner, in greater obscurity, and the new altar more in view as they came into the temple.

13 il fit brûler son holocauste et son offrande, versa ses libations, et répandit sur l'autel le sang de ses sacrifices d'actions de grâces.

15 Et le roi Achaz donna cet ordre au sacrificateur Urie: Fais brûler sur le grand autel l'holocauste du matin et l'offrande du soir, l'holocauste du roi et son offrande, les holocaustes de tout le peuple du pays et leurs offrandes, verses-y leurs libations, et répands-y tout le sang des holocaustes et tout le sang des sacrifices; pour ce qui concerne l'autel d'airain, je m'en occuperai.

16 Le sacrificateur Urie se conforma à tout ce que le roi Achaz avait ordonné.
