35 At the top of the washstand there was a ring about nine inches deep. The uprights and handles were cast with the stand.

1 Kings 7:35

And in the top of the base was there a round compass of half
a cubit high
The same with the chapiter, ( 1 Kings 7:31 ) which rose up straight half a cubit, and widening upwards half a cubit more, here called the round compass of it:

and on the top of the base, the ledges thereof and the borders thereof,
were of the same;
of the same piece of brass with the base, all being cast together.

33 they were designed like chariot wheels. Everything - axles, rims, spokes, and hubs - was of cast metal.
34 There was a handle at the four corners of each washstand, the handles cast in one piece with the stand.
