Mark 6:55

And ran through that whole region round about
That is, the inhabitants of that part of the country where Christ landed, ran many of them themselves, and others sent messengers into all parts of it, on every side:

and began to carry about in beds those that were sick;
or lame, or so disordered that they could not walk, or bear any other way of being carried: these they brought to him,

where they heard he was:
in whatsoever part of the country they could learn he was in; for he went about from place to place doing good.

54 As soon as Jesus and his disciples got out, people recognized him.
55 They ran through that whole area to bring to him those who were sick. They carried them on mats to where they heard he was.
56 He went into the villages, the towns and the countryside. Everywhere he went, the people brought the sick to the market places. Those who were sick begged him to let them touch just the edge of his clothes. And all who touched him were healed.
