30 El Señor
su Dios va delante de ustedes. Él peleará por ustedes tal como vieron que hizo en Egipto.

Deuteronomy 1:30

The Lord your God, which goeth before you
In a pillar of cloud by day, and in a pillar of fire by night:

he shall fight for you;
wherefore, though their enemies were greater and taller than they, yet their God was higher than the highest; and cities walled up to heaven would signify nothing to him, whose throne is in the heavens:

according to all that he did for you in Egypt before your eyes:
which is observed to encourage their faith in God; for he that wrought such wonders in Egypt for them, which their eyes, at least some of them, and their fathers, however, had seen, what is it he cannot do?

28 ¿Adónde podemos ir? Nuestros hermanos nos desmoralizaron cuando nos dijeron: ‘Los habitantes de esa tierra son más altos que nosotros y son más fuertes, y las ciudades son grandes, ¡con murallas que llegan hasta el cielo! ¡Hasta vimos gigantes, los descendientes de Anac!’”.

29 »Pero yo les dije: “¡No se asusten ni les tengan miedo!

30 El Señor
su Dios va delante de ustedes. Él peleará por ustedes tal como vieron que hizo en Egipto.

31 También vieron cómo el Señor
su Dios los cuidó todo el tiempo que anduvieron por el desierto, igual que un padre cuida de sus hijos; y ahora los trajo hasta este lugar”.

32 »Pero aun después de todo lo que él hizo, ustedes se negaron a confiar en el Señor
su Dios,
