51 Ocozías hijo de Acab ascendió al trono de Israel en Samaria en el año diecisiete de Josafat, rey de Judá, y reinó dos años en Israel.

1 Kings 22:51

Ahaziah the son of Ahab began to reign over Israel in Samaria
the seventeenth year of Jehoshaphat king of Judah
It is observed, that Jehoshaphat began to reign in the fourth year of Ahab, and Ahab reigned twenty two years, see ( 1 Kings 22:41 ) ( 16:29 ) , and therefore Ahab's son must begin to reign in the eighteenth year of Jehoshaphat; but perhaps he was made king in his father's lifetime, before he went on his expedition to Ramothgilead, or Ahab's reign was not twenty two years complete:

and reigned two years over Israel;
not complete, as appears from ( 2 Kings 3:1 ) .

49 Entonces Ocozías hijo de Acab le dijo a Josafat: «Deja que mis hombres naveguen con tus hombres». Pero Josafat no se lo permitió.

50 Josafat murió y fue sepultado con sus antepasados en la ciudad de su padre David. Y su hijo Jorán lo sucedió en el trono.

51 Ocozías hijo de Acab ascendió al trono de Israel en Samaria en el año diecisiete de Josafat, rey de Judá, y reinó dos años en Israel.

52 Pero hizo lo que ofende al SEÑOR, porque anduvo en los caminos de su padre y de su madre, y en los caminos de Jeroboán hijo de Nabat, que hizo que Israel pecara.

53 Sirvió y adoró a Baal, y provocó a ira al SEÑOR, Dios de Israel, tal como lo había hecho su padre.
