15 Hasta el día de hoy, siempre que leen a Moisés, un velo les cubre el corazón.

2 Corinthians 3:15

But even unto this day, when Moses is read
These words are an explanation of the former, and show that by the Old Testament is designed, more especially, Moses, or the writings of Moses; which were frequently read, and preached upon in the Jewish synagogues; see ( Acts 13:15 ) ( 15:21 ) and that by "the veil untaken away", is meant,

the veil upon their heart;
that is, the veil of blindness, ignorance of Christ, and the Gospel; of the prophecies of the Old Testament, and even of the law itself, its nature, use, and end; preferring the traditions of their fathers, before the written law of Moses.

13 No hacemos como Moisés, quien se ponía un velo sobre el rostro para que los israelitas no vieran el fin del resplandor que se iba extinguiendo.

14 Sin embargo, la mente de ellos se embotó, de modo que hasta el día de hoy tienen puesto el mismo velo al leer el antiguo pacto. El velo no les ha sido quitado, porque solo se quita en Cristo.

15 Hasta el día de hoy, siempre que leen a Moisés, un velo les cubre el corazón.

16 Pero cada vez que alguien se vuelve al Señor, el velo es quitado.

17 Ahora bien, el Señor es el Espíritu; y donde está el Espíritu del Señor, allí hay libertad.
