Exodus 40:30

And he set the laver between the tent of the congregation
and the altar
Of which position, see ( Exodus 30:18 )

and put water there to wash [withal];
for the priests to wash their hands and feet with; a type of that laver or fountain opened for the house of David and inhabitants of Jerusalem to wash in, ( Zechariah 13:1 ) .

28 Después de eso colgó la cortina a la entrada del santuario.

29 Moisés puso también el altar de los holocaustos a la entrada del santuario, la Tienda de reunión, y sobre él ofreció holocaustos y ofrendas de grano, tal y como el SEÑOR se lo había ordenado.

30 Colocó luego el lavamanos entre la Tienda de reunión y el altar, y echó en ella agua para lavarse,

31 y Moisés, Aarón y sus hijos se lavaron allí las manos y los pies.

32 Siempre que entraban en la Tienda de reunión o se acercaban al altar se lavaban, tal y como el SEÑOR se lo había ordenado.
