Ezekiel 23:28

For thus saith the Lord God, I will deliver thee into the hand
of them whom thou hatest
The Chaldeans and Babylonians, before loved by her, and doted upon, but now hated and rebelled against; and to fall into such hands must be a sore judgment; and this the Lord threatens to bring upon the Jews for their sins; and he having said it, it might be depended upon it would be performed; and, for the greater certainty of it, it is repeated in different words: into the hand of them from whom thy mind is alienated;

26 Te arrancarán tus vestidos y te quitarán tus joyas.
27 Así pondré fin a tu lujuria y a tu prostitución, que comenzaste en Egipto. Ya no desearás esas cosas ni te acordarás más de Egipto.
28 »”Así dice el SEÑOR omnipotente: Voy a entregarte en manos de los que odias, en manos de quienes te hartaron.
29 Ellos te tratarán con odio y te despojarán de todas tus posesiones. Te dejarán completamente desnuda, y tus prostituciones quedarán al descubierto. Tu lujuria y tu promiscuidad
30 son la causa de todo esto, porque te prostituiste con las naciones y te contaminaste con sus ídolos.
