8 Todo el pueblo se levantó como un solo hombre, y dijo:—¡Ninguno de nosotros volverá a su carpa! ¡Nadie regresará a su casa!

Judges 20:8

And all the people arose as one man
Either the heads of the people assembled in council, all agreed unanimously in one vote or resolution, or all the 400,000 men were of the same mind, when the case was reported to them:

saying, we will not any of us go to his tent, neither will we any of us
turn into his house;
that is, they would not return home, to take one nights rest in their houses, or attend to the business of their callings or to any affair of life, however urgent, till satisfaction was made for the evil committed.

6 Entonces la tomé, la corté en pedazos, y envié un pedazo a cada tribu en el territorio israelita, porque esa gente cometió un acto depravado e infame en Israel.

7 Ahora, todos ustedes israelitas, opinen y tomen una decisión aquí mismo.

8 Todo el pueblo se levantó como un solo hombre, y dijo:—¡Ninguno de nosotros volverá a su carpa! ¡Nadie regresará a su casa!

9 Y esto es lo que le haremos ahora a Guibeá: Echaremos suertes para ver quiénes subirán contra ella.

10 De entre todas las tribus de Israel, tomaremos a diez hombres de cada cien, a cien de cada mil, y a mil de cada diez mil, para conseguir provisiones para el ejército. Cuando el ejército llegue a Guibeá de Benjamín, les dará su merecido por toda la infamia cometida en Israel.
