11 Los jinetes informaron al ángel del SEÑOR, que estaba entre los arrayanes: «Hemos recorrido toda la tierra. Por cierto, la encontramos tranquila y en paz».

Zechariah 1:11

And they answered the Angel of the Lord, that stood among
the myrtle trees, and said
That is, the ministering angels, signified by the red horses, speckled, and white, replied to what the Angel of the Lord had said concerning them; or rather agreed to and confirmed his account of them; or else gave up the account of their tour through the earth, with their observations upon the state of it: We have walked to and fro through the earth;
according to their mission and commission: and, behold, all the earth sitteth still, and is at rest;
was free from wars, as it was in the reign of Darius; though the people of the Jews were infested with enemies, who gave them trouble, and hindered all they could the rebuilding of the temple; wherefore it follows:

9 Yo le pregunté: «¿Qué significan estos jinetes, mi señor?» El ángel que hablaba conmigo me respondió: «Voy a explicarte lo que significan».

10 Y el hombre que estaba entre los arrayanes me dijo: «El SEÑOR ha enviado estos jinetes a recorrer toda la tierra».

11 Los jinetes informaron al ángel del SEÑOR, que estaba entre los arrayanes: «Hemos recorrido toda la tierra. Por cierto, la encontramos tranquila y en paz».

12 Ante esto, el ángel del SEÑOR replicó: «SEÑOR Todopoderoso, ¿hasta cuándo te negarás a compadecerte de Jerusalén y de las ciudades de Judá, con las que has estado enojado estos setenta años?»

13 El SEÑOR le respondió con palabras buenas y consoladoras al ángel que hablaba conmigo,
