Acts 11:3

Saying, thou wentest into men uncircumcised
Into the houses of such, and lodged with them, and familiarly conversed with them:

and didst eat with them;
which, according to the traditions of the Jews, were unlawful; (See Gill on Acts 10:28) they say nothing about his preaching to them, and baptizing them, because these were so manifestly agreeable to the commission of Christ, in ( Matthew 28:19 ) ( Mark 16:15 ) and yet how these could be without the other, is not easy to say.

1 Os apóstolos e os irmãos de toda a Judeia ouviram falar que os gentios também haviam recebido a palavra de Deus.
2 Assim, quando Pedro subiu a Jerusalém, os que eram do partido dos circuncisos o criticavam, dizendo:
3 “VocĂȘ entrou na casa de homens incircuncisos e comeu com eles”.
4 Pedro, então, começou a explicar-lhes exatamente como tudo havia acontecido:
5 “Eu estava na cidade de Jope, orando; caindo em ĂȘxtase, tive uma visĂŁo. Vi algo parecido com um grande lençol sendo baixado do cĂ©u, preso pelas quatro pontas, e que vinha atĂ© o lugar onde eu estava.
