25 “Por isso, assim diz o Soberano, o SENHOR: Agora trarei Jacó de volta do cativeiro[a] e terei compaixão de toda a nação de Israel, e serei zeloso pelo meu santo nome.

Ezekiel 39:25

Therefore thus saith the Lord
The Jews having been long punished for their sins; and being brought to repentance for them, and to faith in Christ, as they will be in the latter day: hence it follows, now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob;
or the captives of Jacob, the people of Israel, that have been carried captive into all lands; these shall be gathered from thence, and brought into their own land: and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel;
all the twelve tribes; which shows that this has not respect to the return of the Jews from the Babylonish captivity; for then the Lord had mercy on the house of Judah only; or the two tribes of Judah and Benjamin; but their return from their present captivity, and future conversion, when all Israel shall be saved;
as the fruit and effect of the rich sovereign grace and mercy of God unto them, ( Romans 11:25 Romans 11:26 ) : and will be jealous for my holy name;
or, "zealous" F12 for the glory of it, that it be no more blasphemed among the Heathen; and that it be glorified among his own people.

23 E as nações saberão que os israelitas foram para o exílio por sua iniquidade, porque me foram infiéis. Por isso escondi deles o meu rosto e os entreguei nas mãos de seus inimigos, e eles caíram à espada.
24 Tratei com eles de acordo com a sua impureza e com as suas transgressões, e escondi deles o meu rosto.
25 “Por isso, assim diz o Soberano, o SENHOR: Agora trarei Jacó de volta do cativeiro e terei compaixão de toda a nação de Israel, e serei zeloso pelo meu santo nome.
26 Eles se esquecerão da vergonha por que passaram e de toda a infidelidade que mostraram para comigo enquanto viviam em segurança em sua terra, sem que ninguém lhes causasse medo.
27 Quando eu os tiver trazido de volta das nações e os tiver ajuntado dentre as terras de seus inimigos, eu me revelarei santo por meio deles à vista de muitas nações.
