11 Então seiscentos homens da tribo de Dã partiram de Zorá e de Estaol, armados para a guerra.

Judges 18:11

And there went from thence of the family of the Danites
Or families, the singular being put for the plural; for it can hardly be thought that such a number of men, as after mentioned, went out of one family:

out of Zorah, and out of Eshtaol;
the two places the spies were sent from, and now had returned unto: and upon their report, and at their instigation, and by the encouragement they gave, there were

six hundred men appointed with weapons of war;
that set out armed from the above places, on the expedition to take Laish.

9 Eles responderam: “Vamos atacá-los! Vimos que a terra é muito boa. Vocês vão ficar aí sem fazer nada? Não hesitem em ir apossar-se dela.
10 Chegando lá, vocês encontrarão um povo despreocupado e uma terra espaçosa que Deus pôs nas mãos de vocês, terra onde não falta coisa alguma!”
11 Então seiscentos homens da tribo de Dã partiram de Zorá e de Estaol, armados para a guerra.
12 Na viagem armaram acampamento perto de Quiriate-Jearim, em Judá. É por isso que até hoje o local, a oeste de Quiriate-Jearim, é chamado Maané-Dã.
13 Dali foram para os montes de Efraim e chegaram à casa de Mica.
