1 Y el SEÑOR habló a Moisés, diciendo

1 The LORD said to Moses,

2 Di a los hijos de Israel que tomen para mí ofrenda; de todo varón que la diere de su voluntad, de corazón, tomaréis mi ofrenda

2 “Tell the Israelites to bring me an offering. You are to receive the offering for me from everyone whose heart prompts them to give.

3 Y ésta será la ofrenda que tomaréis de ellos: Oro, y plata, y bronce

3 These are the offerings you are to receive from them: gold, silver and bronze;

4 y cárdeno, y púrpura, y carmesí, y lino fino, y pelo de cabras

4 blue, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen; goat hair;

5 y cueros de carneros teñidos de rojo, y cueros de tejones, y madera de cedro

5 ram skins dyed red and another type of durable leather ; acacia wood;

6 aceite para la luminaria, especias para el aceite de la unción, y para el sahumerio aromático

6 olive oil for the light; spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense;

7 piedras de ónice, y piedras de engastes, para el efod, y para el pectoral

7 and onyx stones and other gems to be mounted on the ephod and breastpiece.

8 Y me harán un santuario, y yo habitaré entre ellos

8 “Then have them make a sanctuary for me, and I will dwell among them.

9 Conforme a todo lo que yo te mostrare, la semejanza del tabernáculo, y la semejanza de todos sus vasos, así lo haréis

9 Make this tabernacle and all its furnishings exactly like the pattern I will show you.

10 Harán también un arca de madera de cedro, cuya longitud será de dos codos y medio, y su anchura de codo y medio, y su altura de codo y medio

10 “Have them make an ark of acacia wood—two and a half cubits long, a cubit and a half wide, and a cubit and a half high.

11 Y la cubrirás de oro puro; por dentro y por fuera la cubrirás; y harás sobre ella una cornisa de oro alrededor

11 Overlay it with pure gold, both inside and out, and make a gold molding around it.

12 Y para ella harás de fundición cuatro anillos de oro, que pondrás en sus cuatro esquinas; dos anillos a un lado de ella, y dos anillos al otro lado

12 Cast four gold rings for it and fasten them to its four feet, with two rings on one side and two rings on the other.

13 Y harás unas varas de madera de cedro, las cuales cubrirás de oro

13 Then make poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold.

14 Y meterás las varas por los anillos a los lados del arca, para llevar el arca con ellas

14 Insert the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark to carry it.

15 Las varas se estarán en los anillos del arca; no se quitarán de ella

15 The poles are to remain in the rings of this ark; they are not to be removed.

16 Y pondrás en el arca el testimonio que yo te daré

16 Then put in the ark the tablets of the covenant law, which I will give you.

17 Y harás el asiento de la reconciliación de oro fino, cuya longitud será de dos codos y medio, y su anchura de codo y medio

17 “Make an atonement cover of pure gold—two and a half cubits long and a cubit and a half wide.

18 Harás también dos querubines de oro, labrados a martillo los harás, en los dos extremos del asiento de la reconciliación

18 And make two cherubim out of hammered gold at the ends of the cover.

19 Harás, pues, un querubín al extremo de un lado, y un querubín al otro extremo del lado opuesto; harás los querubines en sus dos extremidades

19 Make one cherub on one end and the second cherub on the other; make the cherubim of one piece with the cover, at the two ends.

20 Y los querubines extenderán por encima las dos alas, cubriendo con sus alas el asiento de la reconciliación; sus caras la una enfrente de la otra, mirando al asiento de la reconciliación las caras de los querubines

20 The cherubim are to have their wings spread upward, overshadowing the cover with them. The cherubim are to face each other, looking toward the cover.

21 Y pondrás el asiento de la reconciliación sobre el arca, y en el arca pondrás el testimonio que yo te daré

21 Place the cover on top of the ark and put in the ark the tablets of the covenant law that I will give you.

22 Y de allí me testificaré a ti, y hablaré contigo de sobre el asiento de la reconciliación, de entre los dos querubines que estarán sobre el arca del testimonio, todo lo que yo te mandaré para los hijos de Israel

22 There, above the cover between the two cherubim that are over the ark of the covenant law, I will meet with you and give you all my commands for the Israelites.

23 Harás asimismo una mesa de madera de cedro: su longitud será de dos codos, y de un codo su anchura, y su altura de codo y medio

23 “Make a table of acacia wood—two cubits long, a cubit wide and a cubit and a half high.

24 Y la cubrirás de oro puro, y le harás una cornisa de oro alrededor

24 Overlay it with pure gold and make a gold molding around it.

25 Le harás también una moldura alrededor, del ancho de una mano, a la moldura harás una cornisa de oro en circunferencia

25 Also make around it a rim a handbreadth wide and put a gold molding on the rim.

26 Y le harás cuatro anillos de oro, los cuales pondrás en las cuatro esquinas que corresponden a sus cuatro pies

26 Make four gold rings for the table and fasten them to the four corners, where the four legs are.

27 Los anillos estarán antes de la moldura, por lugares para las varas, para llevar la mesa

27 The rings are to be close to the rim to hold the poles used in carrying the table.

28 Y harás las varas de madera de cedro, y las cubrirás de oro, y con ellas será llevada la mesa

28 Make the poles of acacia wood, overlay them with gold and carry the table with them.

29 Harás también sus platos, y sus cucharas, y sus cubiertas, y sus tazones, con que se cubrirá el pan; de oro fino los harás

29 And make its plates and dishes of pure gold, as well as its pitchers and bowls for the pouring out of offerings.

30 Y pondrás sobre la mesa el pan de la proposición delante de mí continuamente

30 Put the bread of the Presence on this table to be before me at all times.

31 Harás además un candelero de oro puro; labrado a martillo se hará el candelero: su pie, y su caña, sus copas, sus manzanas, y sus flores, serán de lo mismo

31 “Make a lampstand of pure gold. Hammer out its base and shaft, and make its flowerlike cups, buds and blossoms of one piece with them.

32 y saldrán seis cañas de sus lados: tres cañas del candelero de un lado, y tres cañas del candelero del otro lado

32 Six branches are to extend from the sides of the lampstand—three on one side and three on the other.

33 tres copas en forma de almendras en una caña, una manzana y una flor; y tres copas, en forma de almendras en la otra caña, una manzana y una flor; así pues, en las seis cañas que salen del candelero

33 Three cups shaped like almond flowers with buds and blossoms are to be on one branch, three on the next branch, and the same for all six branches extending from the lampstand.

34 Y en el candelero cuatro copas en forma de almendras, sus manzanas y sus flores

34 And on the lampstand there are to be four cups shaped like almond flowers with buds and blossoms.

35 Habrá una manzana debajo de las dos cañas, de lo mismo, otra manzana debajo de las otras dos cañas, de lo mismo, otra manzana debajo de las otras dos cañas de lo mismo, en las seis cañas que salen del candelero

35 One bud shall be under the first pair of branches extending from the lampstand, a second bud under the second pair, and a third bud under the third pair—six branches in all.

36 Sus manzanas y sus cañas serán de lo mismo, todo ello una pieza labrada a martillo, de oro puro

36 The buds and branches shall all be of one piece with the lampstand, hammered out of pure gold.

37 Y le harás siete lámparas, las cuales le pondrás encima para que alumbren hacia su delantera

37 “Then make its seven lamps and set them up on it so that they light the space in front of it.

38 También sus despabiladeras y sus platillos, de oro puro

38 Its wick trimmers and trays are to be of pure gold.

39 De un talento de oro fino lo harás, con todos estos vasos

39 A talent of pure gold is to be used for the lampstand and all these accessories.

40 Y mira, y hazlos conforme a su semejanza, que te ha sido mostrado en el monte

40 See that you make them according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.
