1 Y oí una gran voz que desde el templo decía a los siete ángeles: Id y derramad en la tierra las siete copas del furor de Dios.

2 El primer ángel fue y derramó su copa en la tierra; y se produjo una llaga repugnante y maligna en los hombres que tenían la marca de la bestia y que adoraban su imagen.

3 El segundo ángel derramó su copa en el mar, y se convirtió en sangre como de muerto; y murió todo serviviente que había en el mar.

4 El tercer ángel derramó su copa en los ríos y en las fuentes de las aguas, y se convirtieron en sangre.

5 Y oí al ángel de las aguas, que decía: Justo eres tú, el que eres, y el que eras, oh Santo, porque has juzgado estas cosas;

6 pues ellos derramaron sangre de santos y profetas y tú les has dado a beber sangre; lo merecen.

7 Y oí al altar, que decía: Sí, oh Señor Dios Todopoderoso, verdaderos y justos son tus juicios.

8 El cuarto ángel derramó su copa sobre el sol; y al sol le fue dado quemar a los hombres con fuego.

9 Y los hombres fueron quemados con el intenso calor; y blasfemaron el nombre de Dios que tiene poder sobre estas plagas, y no se arrepintieron para darle gloria.

10 El quinto ángel derramó su copa sobre el trono de la bestia; y su reino se quedó en tinieblas, y se mordían la lengua de dolor.

11 Y blasfemaron contra el Dios del cielo por causa de sus dolores y de sus llagas, y no se arrepintieron de sus obras.

12 El sexto ángel derramó su copa sobre el gran río Eufrates; y sus aguas se secaron para que fuera preparado el camino para los reyes del oriente.

13 Y vi salir de la boca del dragón, de la boca de la bestia y de la boca del falso profeta, a tres espíritus inmundos semejantes a ranas;

14 pues son espíritus de demonios que hacen señales, los cuales van a los reyes de todo el mundo , a reunirlos para la batalla del gran día del Dios Todopoderoso.

15 (He aquí, vengo como ladrón. Bienaventurado el que vela y guarda sus ropas, no sea que ande desnudo y vean su verguenza.)

16 Y los reunieron en el lugar que en hebreo se llama Armagedón.

17 Y el séptimo ángel derramó su copa en el aire; y una gran voz salió del templo, del trono, que decía: Hecho está.

18 Entonces hubo relámpagos, voces y truenos; y hubo un gran terremoto tal como no lo había habido desde que el hombre está sobre la tierra; fue tan grande y poderoso terremoto.

19 La gran ciudad quedó dividida en tres partes, y las ciudades de las naciones cayeron. Y la gran Babilonia fue recordada delante de Dios para darle el cáliz del vino del furor de su ira.

20 Y toda isla huyó, y los montes no fueron hallados.

21 Y enormes granizos, como de un talento cada uno, cayeron<***> sobre los hombres; y los hombres blasfemaron contra Dios por la plaga del granizo, porque su plaga fue<***> sumamente grande.

1 I heard a shout of command from the Temple to the Seven Angels: "Begin! Pour out the seven bowls of God's wrath on earth!"

2 The first Angel stepped up and poured his bowl out on earth: Loathsome, stinking sores erupted on all who had taken the mark of the Beast and worshiped its image.

3 The second Angel poured his bowl on the sea: The sea coagulated into blood, and everything in it died.

4 The third Angel poured his bowl on rivers and springs: The waters turned to blood.

5 I heard the Angel of Waters say, Righteous you are, and your judgments are righteous, The Is, The Was, The Holy.

6 They poured out the blood of saints and prophets so you've given them blood to drink - they've gotten what they deserve!

7 Just then I heard the Altar chime in, Yes, O God, the Sovereign-Strong! Your judgments are true and just!

8 The fourth Angel poured his bowl on the sun: Fire blazed from the sun and scorched men and women.

9 Burned and blistered, they cursed God's Name, the God behind these disasters. They refused to repent, refused to honor God.

10 The fifth Angel poured his bowl on the throne of the Beast: Its kingdom fell into sudden eclipse. Mad with pain, men and women bit and chewed their tongues,

11 cursed the God of Heaven for their torment and sores, and refused to repent and change their ways.

12 The sixth Angel poured his bowl on the great Euphrates River: It dried up to nothing. The dry riverbed became a fine roadbed for the kings from the East.

13 From the mouths of the Dragon, the Beast, and the False Prophet I saw three foul demons crawl out - they looked like frogs.

14 These are demon spirits performing signs. They're after the kings of the whole world to get them gathered for battle on the Great Day of God, the Sovereign-Strong.

15 "Keep watch! I come unannounced, like a thief. You're blessed if, awake and dressed, you're ready for me. Too bad if you're found running through the streets, naked and ashamed."

16 The frog-demons gathered the kings together at the place called in Hebrew Armageddon.

17 The seventh Angel poured his bowl into the air: From the Throne in the Temple came a shout, "Done!"

18 followed by lightning flashes and shouts, thunder crashes and a colossal earthquake - a huge and devastating earthquake, never an earthquake like it since time began.

19 The Great City split three ways, the cities of the nations toppled to ruin. Great Babylon had to drink the wine of God's raging anger - God remembered to give her the cup!

20 Every island fled and not a mountain was to be found.

21 Hailstones weighing a ton plummeted, crushing and smashing men and women as they cursed God for the hail, the epic disaster of hail.
