1 O give thanks unto the LORD; for <em>he is</em> good because his mercy <em>endures</em> for ever.
1 Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.
2 Let Israel now say that his mercy <em>endures</em> for ever.

16 The LORD’s right hand is lifted high; the LORD’s right hand has done mighty things!”
17 I shall not die, but live and declare the works of JAH.
17 I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the LORD has done.
18 JAH has chastened me sore, but he has not given me over unto death.
18 The LORD has chastened me severely, but he has not given me over to death.
19 Open unto me the gates of righteousness; I will go in through them; I will praise JAH.
19 Open for me the gates of the righteous; I will enter and give thanks to the LORD.
20 This gate <em>is</em> of the LORD; the righteous shall enter in.
20 This is the gate of the LORD through which the righteous may enter.
21 I will praise thee; for thou hast heard me and art become my saving health.
21 I will give you thanks, for you answered me; you have become my salvation.
22 The stone <em>which</em> the builders rejected is become the head of the corner.

23 This is the LORD’s doing; it <em>is</em> marvellous in our eyes.

27 God <em>is</em> the LORD, who has shined on us; bind the sacrifice with cords, <em>even</em> unto the horns of the altar.
27 The LORD is God, and he has made his light shine on us. With boughs in hand, join in the festal procession up to the horns of the altar.
28 Thou <em>art</em> my God, and I will praise thee; <em>thou art</em> my God, I will exalt thee.
28 You are my God, and I will praise you; you are my God, and I will exalt you.
