1 ¡Aleluya! ¡Alabado sea el SEÑOR!Alaben, siervos del SEÑOR,alaben el nombre del SEÑOR.

1 Praise the LORD.Praise the LORD, you his servants; praise the name of the LORD.

2 Bendito sea el nombre del SEÑOR,desde ahora y para siempre.

2 Let the name of the LORD be praised, both now and forevermore.

3 Desde la salida del sol hasta su ocaso,sea alabado el nombre del SEÑOR.

3 From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets, the name of the LORD is to be praised.

4 El SEÑOR domina sobre todas las naciones;su gloria está sobre los cielos.

4 The LORD is exalted over all the nations, his glory above the heavens.

5 ¿Quién como el SEÑOR nuestro Dios,que tiene su trono en las alturas

5 Who is like the LORD our God, the One who sits enthroned on high,

6 y se digna contemplar los cielos y la tierra?

6 who stoops down to look on the heavens and the earth?

7 Él levanta del polvo al pobrey saca del muladar al necesitado;

7 He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap;

8 los hace sentarse con príncipes,con los príncipes de su pueblo.

8 he seats them with princes, with the princes of his people.

9 A la mujer estéril le da un hogary le concede la dicha de ser madre.¡Aleluya! ¡Alabado sea el SEÑOR!

9 He settles the childless woman in her home as a happy mother of children. Praise the LORD.
